Middle School Basketball

This is for payment ONLY.  Items, sizes and colors have already been chosen.  You can pick whether you just want a shooter shirt Or the whole package of shooter, sweatshirt and sweatpants.

You have until NOVEMBER 30th to pay for these items.  They won't be printed until payment is recieved.

You can select Curbside Pickup if it asks about shipping.  This will not charge you shipping, Coach Couch will receive all orders and hand them out.
