WHEN WILL BE ORDER BE READY?

We will only collect orders on the 1st and 15th of the month.  We will then print those orders and ship after that date.  These items are printed as ordered, so please allow time for product to get to us and to print.

IS THIS A GROUP SALE?

This is NOT a group sale.  So you can select NO on the bottom of the cart when asked.  

PRODUCT DELIVERY

You MUST pay shipping to get this order to you.  Because this store is open year round we do not have a pick up option.  HOWEVER, if you select LOCAL PICKUP you can pick up those orders at our shop in Springville.

RETURN POLICY

Because items are printed specifically for your order, we can not offer returns.  If an item is defective or wrong please contact us within 2 weeks from the date the merchandise was delivered.  Should you have an issue contact -Marketing Matters at 812-275-2787 directly.  

CHARGES WILL APPREAR ON YOUR STATEMENT AS MARKETING MATTERS, not Ol Boy Outdoors.
