This page is for NEEDMORE ELEMENTARY students, fans and staff.  Please read through all order notes to know how this shirt sale will work.

1.   END DATE/WHEN PRODUCT IS READY

All orders must be received by SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2nd at MIDNIGHT EST..  Orders will not be filled until after this date.  You can go to our ORDER STATUS page on our website to see where we are in the fulfillment process.  We will make every effort to get this done in 1-2 weeks from end of sale. 

2.  ORDERING NOTES - read product descriptions to know the specifications of the piece.  If there are sizing issues that we know of, we will put information here.

3.  GROUP SALE

Enter in your child's name/teacher/grade on the FUNDRAISER DETAIL field in the cart section, this will ensure we get the product to the right family.  This box appears after you select GROUP SALE on shopping cart page. (see picture)

4.  SHIPPING/PICKUP

CURBSIDE PICKUP - Select LOCAL PICKUP or FUNDRAISER in the shipping box to not get charged shipping.  This means items will be delivered directly to the coordinator - Mrs. Petty and PTO Officers.  They will receive all orders and pass them out at school.

SHIP DIRECT TO YOU - then select this at checkout.  You will need to pay a shipping fee which depends on what shipping carrier you choose.  This doesn't necessarily mean you will get shirts before they are passed out by the coordinator.

  5.  RETURN POLICY

Because of the custom nature of fundraisers/group sales we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise.  However we will offer a discount on the second order.  You will need to call the office to receive this discount.

All items that may be defective or filled incorrectly can/will be corrected.  We just ask that you contact us within 2 weeks from the date the merchandise was delivered to the coordinator.  Should you have an issue contact -Marketing Matters at 812-275-2787 directly.  

Please note that charges for this fundraiser will appear on your statements as MARKETING MATTERS.
