Read all information carefully before ordering. And PLEASE read item notes. If we KNOW they size differently we give you that information in the product description. Some items we don't know how they size as we have not ordered them in the past.
1. Orders must be received by SUNDAY, DECEMBER 10 at MIDNIGHT EST.. Orders will not be printed or filled until after this date. They WILL BE HERE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.
2. We will print, bag and deliver these items to the dance studio and they will be handed out from there.
3. Please remember to put the STUDENTS NAME in the box at the end of the shopping cart page, ONCE YOU HAVE SELECTED GROUP SALE. This helps us especially if names are different than the name on the order. (see picture below)
4. All items that may be defective or wrong must be submitted within 3 weeks from the date the merchandise was delivered to the coordinator/or shipped out directly. Should you have an issue contact -Marketing Matters at 812-275-2787 directly.
5. Because fundraisers and team orders are custom artwork and custom products we can not offer refunds or exchanges. However, sometimes we have extra product and would be happy to exchange if it works out, unless items have been laundered or items are from a home with smokers.
6. Order can be canceled if done BEFORE the end date of the sale. Once items have been order no refund can be given.
