Arlington Heights Elementary

This page is for all students and families of ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY that want to order spiritwear.   PLEASE READ ORDER NOTES!

Enter in the student's name on the FUNDRAISER DETAIL field in the cart section, this will ensure we get the product to the right family.

  • Orders must be received by SUNDAY, AUGUST 25th at midnight EST..
  • All orders, regardless of when you order, will not be filled until after the cutoff date above.  Typical turn around time is 2-3 weeks from the cutoff date but can vary depending on seasonal workload.  August-October are heavy workload months.
  • All items will be delivered to the team coordinator and passed out to the child's classroom.  The team coordinator is Mikala Casey, PTO.
  • If you order after the deadline above every effort will be made to promptly fill your order, but no specific date can be established. 
  • Also computer monitors can show different shades of colors.  Be sure and read product descriptions for color verification and sizing information.
  • Because of the customized nature of spiritwear for individual schools, we can not accept refunds or exchanges.  All items that may be defective or wrong must be submitted within 2 weeks from the date the merchandise was delivered to the coordinator.  Should you have an issue contact -Marketing Matters at 812-275-2787 directly.
